We would like to confide this to you

Preparing, decorating, and presenting desserts for buffets and menus, together with the Head Pastry Chef
Dessert show cooking at the front kitchen
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the pastry fridge and freezer, including stock monitoring
Planning and executing the Gartnerkofel dessert buffet
Complying with HACCP standards throughout the work process
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at your workstation
Continuously refilling the buffet area with fresh desserts
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Cleaning of work equipment
